Accepting these terms

This website belongs to Mi Group LLC, doing business as STEP Real Estate (“STEP”). By using it, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What this site is

The site presents the brokerage, its team, its commission structure and opportunities for agents. Its content is informational. Visiting it, using the calculator or writing to us does not by itself create a real estate agency, employment or affiliation relationship; those are established through the applicable written agreements.

Calculator and commission guide

The calculator gives an approximate estimate. The result excludes mentorship, CAP adjustments, registration ($200), the monthly fee ($100), taxes and other services or adjustments unless stated. It is not a binding quote, an income promise or a closing statement.

The commission guide summarizes the terms in effect on the date shown. Before making decisions, confirm with STEP the charges and agreements that apply to you. Errors and omissions coverage depends on its policy.

Real estate information, profiles and images

Agent profiles, sales figures and images come from public sources such as HAR or from the team itself, and may change without notice. We do our best to keep them current, but we don't guarantee they are complete or error-free.

Intellectual property

The site's text, designs, logos, icons, photos and videos belong to STEP, its agents or its licensors. You may view them and share links for personal use, but not copy, modify or use them commercially without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the site lawfully and respectfully. You may not submit false information or someone else's, use bots or scripts to scrape content or submit forms, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the site, introduce malicious code, or use it to send spam or unsolicited advertising.

Forms and communications

When you send us your details, you confirm they are accurate and that the phone number and email are yours or that you're authorized to use them.

If you agree to receive calls and texts, you do so under our privacy policy: message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, you can reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help, and your consent is not a condition of joining or purchasing any service.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

The site may use Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel, only with your consent. You can change your choice in “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Details are in the privacy policy.

Third-party links and services

The site links to external services, such as WhatsApp, HAR, Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook and the Lone Wolf intranet, which have their own terms. STEP doesn't control those services and isn't responsible for their availability, content or practices.

Additional services mentioned on the site may have separate requirements, costs and agreements. Their mention doesn't guarantee credit approval, availability, insurance coverage or results.

TREC notices and fair housing

STEP is regulated by the Texas Real Estate Commission. The Information About Brokerage Services and Consumer Protection Notice are available in the footer. STEP complies with the Fair Housing Act and does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status or national origin.

No warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, STEP does not guarantee that it will run without interruption or errors, or that its content is accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, STEP and its agents are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its content, including calculator estimates. Nothing here limits rights that the law does not allow us to exclude.

Indemnification

If you use the site in breach of these terms or the law, you agree to cover the claims, damages and reasonable costs that this causes STEP.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable U.S. federal law. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of the State of Texas.

Changes and general provisions

We may update these terms; the date of the latest update appears at the top. If any part is found invalid, the rest remains in effect. These terms don't modify agreements signed with STEP.
